For items in-stock, you may request a cancellation before the item has been shipped.
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Due to the exclusive nature of limited edition records, once an item has been shipped, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refund will be issued.
Damages and Issues
We package all of our orders with the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition; however, sometimes things happen en route that are out of our control. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request images or additional information regarding the damage/issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
International Shipping & Customs
Any customs or import charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, due to changes with VAT, we are unable to offer shipping to the UK at this time. However, we hope to be able to offer those services to our friends in the UK in the near future.
We currently use USPS as our main method of distribution. If any other shipping options are available, they will be listed at the time of checkout.
